Bring the Museum to You with a Guest Expert

Book a Virtual Guest Expert

Take your group on an adventure through time with virtual guest experts from Carnegie Museum of Natural History!  Tune in live with educators who will give your group a unique experience learning all about your favorite natural history topics and taking you through special activities to explore what it’s like to be a scientist at the museum.

Step 1. Before You Book Your Guest Expert – Gather Information

  • Guest Experts must be booked four weeks in advance.  This allows us to coordinate with you regarding the unique digital needs of your group.
  • Have a preferred date and a backup date for your program to take place.
  • Have the number of children and adults virtually attending your program (total individuals) and how many devices will need to log on to the session.
  • If you have a large group, you can ask to split your group into multiple sessions.

To request special disability accommodations for virtual programming, please contact Outreach@CarnegieMNH.org

We have scholarship opportunities for schools and organizations that qualify. Apply for a scholarship for a group program.

Pricing

  • $9.00 per child.
