Navigate the Nile to discover what life was like in ancient Egypt. Learn about the role of animals in Egyptian life and lore. Make a splash with safe hands-on activities, and investigate the importance of rivers. Watch the mysteries of mummification unfold through dehydration experiments with fruits and vegetables. Observe live insects and see how they measure up to the mystical ancient scarab.

Meets in person on Mondays: March 29, April 5, 12, 19, & 26
Runs from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Class Meets at: CME Portal Entry
Last day to register is Monday, March 22, 2021
Please register once per student per class series.

Capacities are limited and all staff and participants are required to adhere to current public health and Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh procedures regarding mask-wearing and social distancing.
