Museum Gift Store

Shopping at Carnegie Museum of Natural History

  412 622.3309

Museum gift store

Whether you are searching for the ultimate dinosaur toy or a unique Pittsburgh gift to bring home, the Carnegie Museum of Natural History gift store is a great place to find cool, nature-inspired items.

The museum gift store features a kid friendly section with toys, educational games, and apparel for dino lovers and intrepid young scientists. The adult section sells unique, curated merchandise from local artisans and several branded products that were created in-house and can only be bought at the Carnegie Museum gift store.

Whether you are doing holiday shopping for someone special or searching for Pittsburgh gifts, our shop is a great place to find one of a kind items while supporting the museum.

Inside the store, you will find a giant panda diorama, a T. rex skeleton, and other natural history exhibits, incorporated as part of a larger effort to make every space of our museum engaging and exciting.

A love of nature is at the core of Carnegie Museum of Natural History’s mission, which is why our museum gift store was designed with conservation in mind. The furniture, exhibits, and dioramas on display were all restored and repurposed for this new use.

By reducing our own waste, we hope to spur a conversation about the inherent value of nature and what steps we can each take to create a healthier planet.
